Why do my electrics require inspection and testing?
Current electrical regulations BS7671 states:
Domestic properties should be inspected at least every 10 years.
Commercial properties should be inspected at least every 5 years.
What is PAT (Portable Appliance Test)?
This is part of a HSE (Health and Safety Executive) guideline that states all portable and handheld equipment must be well maintained and in full working order. Following the inspection results must be logged for future reference.

- £5,000,000 public liability
- £500,000 professional indemnity – for testing, inspection and certification of fixed electrical installations
- £100,000 for the design specification supervision of construction or installation, feasibility studies and technical information calculations for electrical work

24/7 Emergency Services is there a call out fee?
We offer 24/7 emergency electrical repair services to ensure that you're never left without power. The fee will depend on the distance needed to travel and the time and day, weekends and after hour callout fees apply.
